Can I practice without another person?
Yes. This tethered practice kit is designed for individual training. Use it in a safe, open area with enough clearance for the moving ball and cord.
Does every kit include a volleyball?
No. The 1 Kit and 2 Kits versions do not include volleyballs. Only the Kit + Ball option includes the pictured size 5 ball.
What's in a standard kit?
A five-strap ball holder, elastic return cord and adjustable waist belt, as shown in the product images.
Will the ball always return straight to my hands?
Return behavior varies with the direction and force of the serve, cord movement and your position. Keep a clear space and control the returning ball.
Where should I use it?
Use outdoors in a clear, suitable open area away from people, windows, vehicles, sharp objects and other obstacles. Check the straps, cord and connections before each session; supervise younger players.

What appealed to me was being able to use her own ball. She already has one she likes, so I didn't want another bundle of things we wouldn't need. We picked the basic kit for her toss and swing practice outside.

My daughter wanted more time to work on her serve, but we can't always get to a gym after school. We chose this for practice outside between her team sessions. I liked that it was a belt, cord and ball holder rather than a big setup. Her coach still helps with the technique.
